Her work in health, wellness, and personal development began as a volunteer in the Peace Corps. She also holds a Master of Science in Oriental Medicine and is a Licensed Acupuncturist and Herbalist.

Shannon is an intuitive and has been trained in evidential mediumship, medical intuition, energy medicine, and meditation. For more than 15 years she has combined her intuitive insight with humor, making spirituality and self-development feel more practical and approachable.
